ADAPTABLE RAIL SCREED SYSTEM

SCREED SYSTEM FOR USE ON SOLID OR BLOCK AND BEAM FLOORS WITH CLIPS AND RAIL TO FASTEN 12mm, 16mm OR 20mm PIPEWORK. THE ADAPTABLE RAIL SCREED SYSTEM ENABLES OPTIMUM CONDUCTIVITY ALONG WITH PROVIDING A GUIDE TO MAINTAIN STRAIGHT AND EVEN PIPE SPACING WHEN INSTALLING.

ADAPTABLE CLIP SCREED SYSTEM

SCREED SYSTEM FOR USE ON SOLID OR BLOCK AND BEAM FLOORS WITH CLIPS ONLY TO FASTEN 12mm, 16mm OR 20mm PIPEWORK. A PIPE CLIP TACKER GUN CAN BE USED TO QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY INSTALL THE CLIPS SECURELY OVER THE PIPE.

THE ADAPTABLE PUG SCREED SYSTEM IS PERFECT FOR RENOVATION PROJECTS WHERE EITHER A DRY MIX SCREED IS REQUIRED, A MECHANICALLY FIXED WOODEN FLOOR IS TO BE INSTALLED OR THE OVERALL FLOOR LEVEL IS RESTRICTED. 

THE ADAPTABLE PUG SCREED SYSTEM COMPRISES A BATTENED FLOOR WITH INSULATION PLACED BETWEEN. THE UNDERFLOOR HEATING PIPEWORK IS THEN INSTALLED AND SECURELY FIXED IN PLACE WITH CLIPRAIL AND CLIPS. 

ADAPTABLE DUO PLATE SYSTEM

THE ADAPTABLE DUO PLATE SYSTEM IS THE IDEAL SOLUTION FOR SUSPENDED TIMBER FLOORS. 

THE SYSTEM COMPRISES ALUMINIUM PLATES WHICH SPAN THE JOISTS OR BATTENS. THE HEAT CONDUCTING PLATES ARE PRE-GROOVED TO HOUSE THE PIPEWORK NEATLY AND SPREAD THE HEAT EVENLY. THE FLOOR DECK CAN THEN BE MECHANICALLY FIXED DIRECTLY INTO THE JOISTS ABOVE THE PLATES.

THE ADAPTABLE TRIO PLATE SYSTEM IS THE IDEAL SOLUTION FOR SUSPENDED TIMBER FLOORS. 

THE SYSTEM COMPRISES ALUMINIUM PLATES WHICH SPAN THE JOISTS OR BATTENS. THE HEAT CONDUCTING PLATES ARE PRE-GROOVED TO HOUSE THE PIPEWORK NEATLY AND SPREAD THE HEAT EVENLY. THE FLOOR DECK CAN THEN BE MECHANICALLY FIXED DIRECTLY INTO THE JOISTS ABOVE THE PLATES.


ADAPTABLE FOIL OVERLAY SYSTEM

THE ADAPTABLE FOIL OVERLAY SYSTEM IS PERFECT FOR RENOVATION PROJECTS WHERE A SCREED CANNOT BE USED OR A FLOATING FLOOR IS REQUIRED.

THE ADAPTABLE FOIL OVERLAY SYSTEM COMPRISES 1200mm x 600mm x 20mm PRE-GROOVED, FOIL BACKED EPS INSULATION BOARDS WHICH ARE LAID OR FIXED TO THE SUB-FLOOR. THE FLOOR DECK IS PLACED DIRECTLY ABOVE ALLOWING INCREASED RESPONSE TIMES. THE PRE-GROOVED FOIL INSULATION BOARD HOLDS THE PIPE NEATLY IN PLACE CLOSE TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE FLOOR DECK ALLOWING TRANSFER OF HEAT CLO

ADAPTABLE BATTENED FOIL SYSTEM

THE ADAPTABLE BATTENED FOIL SYSTEM ALLOWS FOR EXISTING BATTENS/JOISTS TO BE USED AND INSULATED BETWEEN. THE PRE-GROOVED FOIL COATED EPS INSULATION BOARDS SECURELY HOLD THE PIPE IN PLACE AND CLOSE TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE FLOOR DECK, CONDUCTING HEAT BENEATH THE FINISHED FLOOR AND ALLOWIN

ADAPTABLE RXPS OVERLAY SYSTEM

THE ADAPTABLE RXPS OVERLAY BOARD SYSTEM IS THE IDEAL SOLUTION FOR PROJECTS WHERE THE OVERALL FLOOR LEVEL IS RESTRICTED OR A WET SCREED IS NOT POSSIBLE. THE ADAPTABLE RXPS OVERLAY BOARD SYSTEM COMPRISES 1200mm X 600mm CEMENT COATED, REINFORCED XPS INSULATION BOARD. THE STANDARD THICKNESS OF THE BOARDS IS EITHER 16mm, 20mm OR 30mm NEATLY ROUTED WITH MEASURED GROOVES TO SECURELY HOLD THE PIPEWORK IN PLACE.
